I'm here to show you that you deserve to be loved exactly as you are - because you're exactly who you are. This planet wouldn't be the same without you!
I offer individual sessions for anyone who's struggling in any areas or who just has questions about spirituality or consciousness. I've got you!
And I will soon be starting a group program with calls twice a month if you're interested in joining up with a new community. Your community members will have your back, too!
A free forum area is also open for those who just want to explore before committing to anything. Everyone is welcome!

My Journey

1985
I Was Born to a
Single Mother
Experienced childhood trauma, which resulted in anxiety. Experienced healing and growth looking back as an adult.
2006-09
Traveling the World
Earned a teaching credential in the state of California, and started teaching.
2014
Finding Success in Business
Was drawn to nonprofit work and helping others. Started working with an adult literacy program that allowed me to work with volunteers and students, spending some of my time helping inside correctional facilities.
2017
Finding Mindfulness and Finding Purpose Again
Had a spiritual awakening and was shown in a vision that I was meant to offer spiritual healing to others along with a welcoming community space.
2019
Coaching Over 100 People Per Year
Attended an accredited online coaching program and Reiki program and then began offering my own spiritual teaching and healing. Have individualized my services, which is what I continue to expand on today, in addition to my everyday growth and awakenings.

I Went to College
Graduated from college with Bachelor of Science in Human Development.
2012
Building my First 6 Figure Business - Failing
After teaching for over five years, left the teaching career behind, knowing teaching kids in a structured environment wasn't right for me.
2016
Burning Out and Feeling Unfulfilled
Experienced trauma in an abusive relationship, which I would gradually heal and learn from.
2018
Starting my Own Coaching Practice
Cared for my mother with dementia before she moved on to memory care. Healed a great deal of the childhood trauma that still remained. Assisted my mother in passing over and received a beautiful message from her in her last hours.
Looking back, it's been one hell of a journey, but I still feel like I'm just getting started. I've learned so much but I know that there is still so much to learn.
