One-on-One Guidance Sessions
Worry and anxiety can be a silent (or very loud) drag on your life. Do you feel like there might be a better way? What if there were a way to acknowledge and respect emotions like these and not ignore or plow over them as we move forward in life?

In individual guidance sessions, I'll listen to whatever you're dealing with in your life. And as a response, you won't just hear the words that I give you as a spiritual teacher. I'll also be delivering healing energy to you as I speak.

Individual sessions give you an hour that you don't have to share with anyone else. And I'm here to remind you that you're 100% worth that!

Have a Session That's All Your Own
Group programs may give you the opportunity to ask a question, but it will be for an entire group. The answer will also need to be fairly brief. If you would like to have privacy and have time all to yourself, an individual session is for you.

Any time we're experiencing "negative" emotions, they're making space for new ones to take their place. I can help you see that a little more clearly in a private session and show you how to make that space in a gentle way.

Heart of Connection Online Coaching Community
STARTING SOON: Join a group of people who share similar curiosity in spirituality. It includes a video call with me every 2 weeks. This group's value lies in an online community. It provides you a safe space to ask questions and discuss issues you might have with not only myself but with other people who are on a journey similar to yours.

Biweekly Zoom Calls
Each call will have a different topic and leave room for questions. The topic depends on the message the Universe delivers to me, but there will also be opportunities for Q&A calls.
